The stripes on the "flag" fingers are made with Nail Art Pen, which makes this design very easy to achieve.
- Apply the base coat to protect your nails.
- Apply red nail polish on your ring and pinky and nave blue nail on the rest.
- Using the Nail Art stripper, draw vertical lines in white.
- Let your design dry, and apply a top coat to protect it and give your nails more shine.
